I perquè es compleixi l’ordre de sa Majestat, que tots els Mariscos, homes, dones i nens, deixin les seves cases amb els béns que puguin portar sobre les seves persones i s'embarquin en les galeres preparades per portar-los a Berberia, on seran desembarcats.
EI Rei garanteix el bon tracte a les persones dels moriscos; però qualsevol d'ells que passats els tres dies sigui trobat pels camins, qualsevol el pugui prendre, robar-li el que porta i si es defensés, matar-lo, sense pena per ell.
Tal és la reial i determinada voluntat de Sa Majestat, i perquè sigui coneguda de tothom, es fa pública a la reial ciutat de Madrid, el dia 22 de setembre de l'any de gràcia del mil sis-cents nou.”
